I can't sit for a movie. I will fall asleep in minutes if I sit up. Don't have a machine. Get no help.

Being almost asleep, and jerked back to full wakefulness because I stopped breathing...

I HATE the full face masks, so I try to fall asleep using the nasal pillows. Trouble is, even with Somnifix strips or a chin strap to help keep my mouth shut, my jaw falls enough to get a swoosh of air that keeps me awake or wakes me up (if I'm lucky enough to nod off, which I'm usually not).

After prostate cancer heavy radiation have not slept thru the night in 2 years, up 4 times a night for bathroom. Radiation does a job on your bladder. Glad that is the worst thing i have a night

There is a mask that I have to change over to. It is a copy of the one I have, but with less rubber. I am having issues with mine pulling on my hair. The other one like it has no rubber around the area of my hairline. I have to wait til next month to be able to switch over, to be covered on my insurance. Does anyone else have this same issue with their cpap pulling on their hair too?

I have trouble falling asleep and I can't get used to wearing the mask.

@SleepingBeauty yes I experience burping and bloating. I have never had bloating in my life. So frustrating.

Since sleep apnea can result in various symptoms and complications, Carenity wanted to hear from its members and get their opinions.
What is the symptom or complication of sleep apnea that is the most troubling?
