The snoring. I do not notice it but my spouse does... she hates sleeping with me without my crazy mask.

@sleepy I snore suppper loud supposedly - my wife has told me. that is actually what made me go to the doctors initially - her unwillingness to sleep in the same bed with me. For me, the lack of sleep due to my difficulty with breathing left me not very energized. I was fatiguing at work.

Two problems that I face continually; dry mouth and bloating in my gut. I’ve tried everything available to keep my mouth closed during sleep but haven’t found a solution. Any recommendations?

My pressure is high and I haven’t been able to find a full face mask that doesn't vibrate or flap. If I try to make the mask extra tight, it creates welts and sores on my face. It's so miserable. This flapping also wakes me up.

Learning how to deal with my claustrophobia with my cpap up under my nose. I eventually will settle down, but as I do not stay in one position, it can make me a bit nervous.

@SleepingBeauty ooh yeah, I can definitely relate to that. I had to switch masks because of it. Our sleep is bad enough to be having claustrophobia/sleep anxiety on top of it
