Has anyone used a tongue device to treat sleep apnea? If yes, how effective has it been? I wanted to try an oral appliance (similar to a mouthguard), but my dentist said I have too many bridges and the appliance could weaken or dislodge them over time. Now I'm considering the tongue stabilizing device.
I'd appreciate any feedback users may have to this device. I've tried every mask on the market and have done poorly with each one. If the tongue device doesn't work, my last option may be to not treat my (moderate) apnea.

Hi everyone, how are you doing?
Have you tried a tongues stabilizing device for your sleep apnea? If so, what do you think of it? If you haven't, does this sound like something you'd be willing to try?

I am compliant with my cpap mask so no need to change device. Good luck with your quest.

@kentbrynt I see you said yes to my question about using a tongue stabilizing device. How did it work for you? Did you have success controlling your sleep apnea with it?
