Is there anything out there besides a sleep apena device for Central & obstructive sleep apena? I’m having a real hard time getting any sleep.

Hi everyone, what kinds of treatments are available for sleep apnea besides CPAP or BiPAP devices? Have you tried anything else? What has worked for you?

@margaret03 I was always told that the only ways to "cure" sleep apnea was to lose weight. I think depending on your situation mouth surgery can help, but if you have big tonsils or a small palate. One of the newer things is the inspire implant device, there are a few discussions on here about it.
