I thought it was a crock. Yet the first week i was on a CPAP, I got good nights sleep, started dreaming again, and this was weird -- Colors were brighter. in my estimation. I now call my CPAP my second level wife, because i always sleep with it.

I did a sleep study and came back positive for very minor sleep apnea, and spent over a year using a CPAP with no positive result. Turns out I have mythenia gravis ocular with signs of General which seems to be responsible for the fatigue issues I was having. So for the last year that's what I've been dealing with and so far I've had poor results from the treatments I've received.

Hi everyone 👋 How are you sleeping these days?
If you've been prescribed a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine, you probably remember that very first night, the mask, the noise, the strangeness of it all. But over time, many people say they finally experienced deep, restful sleep, sometimes for the first time in years.
😴 What was your first experience like?

Whether it’s been smooth sailing or a bit of a bumpy ride, your story might help others in the community who are just starting their CPAP journey.
