Been days that I was diagnose with NASH apprently there's no medical treatment I'm lost confused trying hard to wrap my mind around it .

Thank you for sharing what you’re going through. This must feel very overwhelming, especially when you're told there’s no clear treatment available. It’s entirely understandable to feel lost and confused right now, and you’re not alone in this. Many members here have been in a similar place, trying to make sense of the diagnosis and figure out what comes next. While there may not be a single medication made specifically for NASH yet, there are many ways people manage it, such as through lifestyle changes. To help open up the conversation for support:
