Thank you for sharing what you’re going through. This must feel very overwhelming, especially when you're told there’s no clear treatment available. It’s entirely understandable to feel lost and confused right now, and you’re not alone in this. Been days that I was diagnose with NASH apprently there's no medical treatment I'm lost confused trying hard to wrap my mind around it .
