Hi everyone, have you heard of vitamin E being used to treat NAFLD? Have you been prescribed it yourself? Is it something you'd consider trying in addition to your other treatments?

Hi, I was reading online about NAFLD and it was saying that vitamin E is good for the liver and can help undo some of the damage? My doctor never mentioned it to me so I'm a little upset thinking that maybe I should have been taking it all along? Does anyone know anything about this? Have any of you been prescribed vitamin E?
Thanks
