Yes. I am recently diagnosed and as I am sure you know this condition is not caused by "fat" but gretly influenced by your diet. I know of another patient who got rid of her NAFLD through cutting sugar and carbs and went on a KETO diet.

Hello,
Is it possible to completely cure NAFLD through treatments or diet?
Does anyone have any more information on this?
