Good advisor
I started taking milk thistle not too long... at this point I cannot say if it has made any improvement. I don't feel any difference, but that does not mean it is working on the inside. Milk thistle is supposed to be great for inflammation and damage to the liver.

A low-carbohydrate diet limits carbohydrates such as sugars and starches found in grains, fruits, and vegetables. These diets are often high in protein and fat. Low-carbohydrate diets have been shown to improve blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar control in people with diabetes.

Hello everyone,
Has anyone had any success with any herbal remedies for NAFLD? I have done some reading recently and even read some research articles that discuss the benefits of the Garlic, Resveratrol, Lycii fructus (Wolf berry), Milk thistles, and other chinese herbal formulas like Cigu Xiaozhi Pill and Sini San.
Would love to know if anyone has any personal experience and to share and discuss.
Thank you!
