Hi,

I’m starting Kesimpta on Monday (Nov 6, 2023) I have many lesion in my grey matter & do have problems that many do (fatigue, spasms, leg symptoms and more) I only take Provigil & Baclofen to try to manage symptoms, but my new Neurologist is starting me on Kesimpta although on MRI the lesions are not active and they lost count after 40 but seems they are stable, but as my Neurologist puts it, there is still decline w/a “stable” MRI, so my question is…has anyone had a stable MRI but symptom progression over the years and if taken or are taking Kesimpta has it helped? Everything I read are from those w/early disease, active lesions. Thank you
