Hi everyone,
How are you today? I thought I would open this discussion to talk about pulmonary rehabilitation (PR)!
Have you ever done a pulmonary rehabilitation program? What did you think of it? Did it help you? What was it like? Would you recommend it to others living with COPD?

@Courtney_J Yeah, I did actually! My doctor referred me to one not long after I was diagnosed and I did it at a medical center not far from me. There were group educational classes and exercise sessions with a therapist. The trick is to really invest yourself into it as much as possible. I learned a lot about managing COPD and it was nice to have personalized support. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm interested in this. My doctor didn't mention anything like that during my appointment. Does anyone know how I can do one? Do I have to ask my doctor or is it it something you can sign up for on your own?
