@pacots Hi pacots, thank you for opening this discussion. I'm sorry you're still having headaches even with your BiPAP. Let me tag some other members who can share their thoughts on this.
Hi everyone, how are you today? Have you ever had persistant headaches even when you wear your BiPAP or CPAP? What do you think causes it? Is it a sign of a poor mask fit or a defect in the device?

I have the same problem and don't know why either. I thought it was my soclean... but I don't think so. Wish I could help more! Be sure you're cleaning well and emptying the water daily. It will mold, even when using soclean.

I had the same problem a month ago when I started new therapy on a Bipap. I was on a CPAPA for 15 years. I called my Therapist and she reviewed my sleeping habits logged since I started the BIPAP therapy. She bumped up the settings. I was told I was still averaging 8 to 9 episodes an hour. Down from 70. She wants it to be 5 or lower. The increase in pressure on my bipap has helped tremendously

Before getting my bi-pap machine I woke up with terrible headaches. Wear it now every night. Waking up again with a headache. Does this mean the machine is not working?
