Hello dear members,

I'm new here and I would like to exchange with you on a subject.

You see, I am fat, I don't like the word obese and I think that fat people are nice but that's not the point. I always thought that the reason of my sleep apnea was among others genetics but also my overweight, yes also linked to genetics and not simply due to my good fork stroke for which I am a high-level sportsman but what do you want, the French cuisine associated with that of my wife's Cameroonian cuisine, well I am served...

In short, I am saddened to have discovered that it was perhaps the sleep apnea from which I suffer a little and my wife a lot, which would be the cause of my multiple layers of fat!

What do you think dear friends? Am I the only one to suffer from this relentlessness of bad seeds ? I am stuck, you will agree ?

Delayed sleep phase syndrome is one of circadian rhythm sleep disorders characterized by difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. Individuals with this condition typically experience problems drifting off to sleep, waking up frequently during the night, and often feel tired during the day. Delayed sleep phase syndrome is believed to be caused by a combination of environmental and genetic factors.
