Hi π
Iβve used a few apps to track symptoms and medications, and it can be really helpful for noticing patterns over time and staying organized.
Telehealth is convenient, especially for quick follow-ups, but I still prefer in-person visits for more detailed discussions.
Overall, I think digital tools are a great support, but they work best when they complement, not replace, direct care π

Hello everyone π
In the US, digital tools are increasingly part of MS care: apps to track symptoms, log medications, or schedule telehealth appointments.
For some, this increases flexibility and control. For others, it can feel less personal or challenging to navigate.
π¬ Weβd love your input:
π± Sharing experiences here can help others find the tools that truly support their MS journey.
