Feeling lost and lonely

My last relationship hit me hard . Two years and a restraining order later, I find it difficult to move forward consistently. I have no personal support while still recovering besides my cat . I feel lonely even though I know I’m not truly by myself. 
I’m having to face I’m still having issues with my ex’s narcissistic abuse.

Ever since my favorite people moved, I just don’t feel like I have anything to look forward to. I constantly crave something as simple as a hug. Just the feeling of being needed. On the outside everyone sees me as a happy person but honestly nothing interests me anymore. I always wondering if they even care anymore. I feel as if they moved on. And now nothing really makes me happy anymore. I’m just here.

I had cancer in 2018 have been attacked for 3 years by my wife now I finally know why she's been with someone else the whole time addicted to drugs

My mom left me and got pregnant by another guy while she was with my dad and I had to be the one to tell my family that she’s not coming home and told them the reason. 

I moved away from home 1.5 years ago, I'm just so down and depressed about everything. Life is hard, I can barely get out of bed, somedays I hope I can make it through without crying. I'm just in a bad spot and it's effecting my relationship with my bf.

new to the group! 
times are hard, newly mom of twins, i love them more than anything but i feel so overwhelmed, i feel lonely and alone facing new challenges and it’s hard to receive support from my partner. 

I beg and beg for attention from my spouse but only get taken advantage of and never appreciated. 

@Frugoot01 I know the pain. I have been told for years I didn't love or care or do the things she needed. I tried and tried but it was never enough. Finally divorced and still feel worthless and miss her badly. As toxic as it was.
