Unfortunately I had multiple side effects...

I was started to sleep walk. My husband would find me walking around the yard but sound asleep

Id get up in the middle of the night and cook food (not realizing what i was doing. Left the stove on several times)

It makes you hungry so it's best to take it and go straight to bed or you will want to eat and that's how the weight gain happens. Also will make you feel intoxicated until you get used to it. Over all it's been a lifesaver for me.
