Good advisor
I have used all of these breathing exercises, plus I devised some of my own that I shared with my pulmonologist. He now recommends those to his other patients along with the ones he originally recommended.

Hello! I have COPD and find that it's easier to hold my shoulders down and breath in through my nose and slowly breath out with pursed lips. I also purchased a air physio which works great it helps loosen up the mucus and I can get it out! Best wishes to everyone who has this daily struggle. 🙏

Hello
How are you today? Breathing exercises are recommended for people suffering from COPD. There are several breathing methods: pursed lips, coordinated breathing, deep breathing, huff cough, diaphragmatic breathing, etc.
Do you any of these? Which one helps the most? Where did you learn these-internet-doctor-yoga?
I will tag a few people to get the conversation started!
