There are several cases of breast cancer in my family, I've done the genetic tests, self breast exams, mammograms, etc. and there hasn't been any yet. So, I'm trying to to put all chances on my side even in my everyday life. I've heard that eating well can help prevent breast cancer...
Does anyone know anything about it? I read that citrus fruit, leafy green vegetables and fermented foods can help, but what do you cook?
I really need some ideas that work.

Hello @Mathilde, thank you for sharing with us. That's great that you're so proactive about breast cancer screening! Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you.
Hi everyone, how are you doing?
Do any of you know about any foods or nutritional tips that can help prevent breast cancer? Has your doctor recommended anything? What about things to eat while in treatment?
