Self-examination remains an essential tool for early detection of breast cancer, enabling women to actively monitor their breast health. According to the Cancer Research Institute, early detection leads to a 98% survival rate (five years and more).

How was your diagnosis process? Did you experience any signs? Did you practice self-examination? Do you know how to do it? And when should you do it?

@LizziB my breast cancer wasn’t found with a self exam. I had a mammogram and then a sonogram.
