I wake up and take 5 minutes just to gather my thoughts for the day and think of what I have to do first then the rest of the day takes care of itself just stay out of bed promise yourself it works promise
Hi everyone. Wishing wellness & less anxiety. I, have had anxt in my lifetime, & think the depression treatment is helping it. Depression, not yet ( Too Much Snow!!). As far as recommendations for a.m. anxt, try to do something that makes u less anxious. Say a mantra, do a relaxing activity, take on the day gradually. Be gentle with yourself. Don't force anything, that could make matters worse. My 2 cents worth. Best wishes.
