Hi @bluesfan!
From what I have identified:
1. Stress, Stress, and more stress.
2. Cold or windy weather
3. Allergies, such as pollen or cats.

Hello everyone,
How are you doing? Have you seen this older discussion?
What are your psoriasis triggers? Are you able to avoid them or are they inevitable? What helps you through your flares?

I am new to psoriasis. My dermatoligist thinks I may have psoriatic arthritis. I am not sure yet what has triggered it. Go back in 2 weeks to see my dermatologist for a biopsy and other tests.

Hello
I am interested in hearing more from you all as to the triggers you deal with, sine triggers are different in everyone. Perhaps through each of sharing those that we know, we can all try to exclude other flares, in hopes that we can therefore avoid even more flare-ups in our own lives.
My triggers are :
1. White bread/flour
2. Dairy: mainly cheese
3. Stress/Anxiety/Fatigue (all these kind of are grouped together for me)
4. Weather
Please share yours.
