Hello everyone,
How are you today?
As summer is in full swing, many of us may be heading outdoors to soak up some of those rays.
Sunlight can actually be considered as one of the treatment options for psoriasis, as ultraviolet rays and vitamin D can help reduce inflammation. However, it is important to be careful about staying in the sun as it can include some serious risks, despite its positive influence on psoriasis.
What is your "relationship" with the sun? Have you noticed if it's had an impact on your psoriasis? And when you go out into the sun, how do you protect your skin?
