Hi
I wear sunblock everyday to prevent against wrinkles. Supergoop is the best but it is expensive but I get it anyway because my skin is sensitive,

Hi @Polina.K
I use CeraVe - their products are good for people with sensitive skin

Living with psoriasis can be challenging in many aspects. One of them is sun exposure and how to approach it correctly. Nevertheless, when choosing a sunblock for your skin, it is better to use a high protective factor (+30 SPF and higher), fragrance-free and coloring-free option, with no parabens, formaldehyde or other strong preservatives that can be damaging to the skin.
What sunblock do you use? Have you ever had negative effects on your psoriasis symptoms because of sun exposure? What to pay attention to when spending time under the sun with psoriasis?
