Have you tried Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)? Did you need to go to a different specialist? Did your insurance cover it?
Take care,

I'm going to get it. I was in line to get ECT but after four months of all the tests they told me I needed someone with me for a full day everytime I get it which was three days a week for six weeks then two days thennone and I didn't have anyone. TMS isn't as invasive and you can drive yourself. They do use it for bipolar I have schizoaffective with bipolar traits and I qualify. My insurance covers it I don't know about yours. It's supposed to be really helpful. What state are you in? Are you bipolar? Just curious if we have the same things going on. Cheers and good luck.

I've heard of this treatment for depression but I also think they use it for bipolar. Has anyone tried it? If so, did you need to go to a different specialist? Does insurance cover it?
