MS has definitely changed the way I see myself at times, especially when symptoms are more visible or unpredictable. It can sometimes affect confidence and how “reliable” I feel in daily life. That said, I’ve also had moments where I’ve felt really strong — especially when I manage to adapt and keep going despite challenges. What helps me most is focusing on what I can still do and not letting MS define my whole identity

Hi everyone! 😊
Living with MS affects more than just your body. For many, it changes how they see themselves, physically, emotionally, socially. Fluctuating symptoms, visible aids, or even feeling "less reliable" can quietly chip away at confidence.
✨ Let’s talk honestly about this.
