MS has definitely changed the way I see myself at times, especially when symptoms are more visible or unpredictable. It can sometimes affect confidence and how “reliable” I feel in daily life. That said, I’ve also had moments where I’ve felt really strong — especially when I manage to adapt and keep going despite challenges. What helps me most is focusing on what I can still do and not letting MS define my whole identity

Living with MS has sometimes changed how I view myself, particularly when symptoms become more noticeable or difficult to predict. There are days when it affects my confidence and makes me question how dependable I can be. At the same time, dealing with these challenges has shown me how resilient I am. I've learned to focus on adapting, making the most of what I can do, and not allowing MS to become the only thing that defines who I am.

changes one's internal identity, social positions, and physical capabilities to redefine one's confidence and self-image. Individuals frequently go through a transition between mourning their former selves and finding a new, strong identity.

Hi everyone! 😊
Living with MS affects more than just your body. For many, it changes how they see themselves, physically, emotionally, socially. Fluctuating symptoms, visible aids, or even feeling "less reliable" can quietly chip away at confidence.
✨ Let’s talk honestly about this.
