I live with ptsd without medication .. Just need to talk to other ptsd so we can help one another.

@Countrygirl69 hello how are you doing today I also suffer from PTSD and bipolar disorder and also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and been through a lot of trauma in my life I’m 54 years old and I don’t take medication I’ve in counseling now because of a relapse it stayed doormat for years now it’s reared it’s ugly head again
