Good advisor
I have and do aquatics. it is nice because the water allows me to float and thus any movements I do, do no strain my body. For me it is a good way to stay physically active and it "kind of" alleviates the symptoms for a but, but this could be a placebo.
But I greatly enjoy it.

Good advisor
Hi all,
Seems like every day becomes more and more challenging. I am wanting to stay active as much as possible... as much as my body enables me too; however, there are days where my joints, etc. just are tired, weak, sore, exhausted, painful.
I have heard that pool therapy / pool exercise is a good way to try to get some exercise in when suffering and that it also should help the pain, etc.
Does anyone have any experience?
Thanks
