@MS_283 FAMILY! If I did not have a supportive family it would make it much more difficult to cope. Also, sounds weird, but my fur animals. They bring me joy. Some days it seems so hard to take care of them, but their company is the best.

Hello all,
What are some things that help you cope with your MS that if you did not have would make coping more difficult? Interested in reading ideas that could help us cope with MS.
For me, being able to talk to my family, sleeping, and medication seems to be the top three I would say.
