Hi everyone,
Living with multiple sclerosis (MS) can change many aspects of daily life, but one of the hardest parts is knowing how (and when) to talk about it with others. Whether you're opening up to family, friends, or colleagues, those first conversations can bring up anxiety, doubt, and hesitation. You might worry about being misunderstood, pitied, or even ignored. But speaking openly can also bring connection and relief.
