Hi,
I was doing some reading online and saw that isoflavone can be good for us MS patients...
Has anyone heard of this and have you tried it?

Hello @johan89, thank you for opening this discussion! Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you!
Hi everyone! For those who may not know, isoflavone is a plant-based compound often sold as a dietary supplement that has been found to potentially reduce inflammation of the brain and spinal cord in MS during a recent study in mice!
Have any of you heard of isoflavone? Have you tried taking isoflavone supplements or a isoflavone-rich diet? If so, has it helped? If not, is it something you'd be interested in trying?

This is the first I've heard of this. Very exciting. I'm going to do some research on this!
