At present, there is an astonishing variety of opinions and opinions regarding the existence of a possible influence of diet on multiple sclerosis.
What do you think? Suggestions? Any regimen you follow?

A friend of mine cut out meat and all chicken. He eats basically some sea food, dairy, nuts and takes high amounts of fish oils. He states it has diminished his exacerbations / relapses. I do not follow that diet, but I do take a lot of fish oils, about 4,000 mg of EPA and DHA, each.

I am a vegetarian and I don’t do eggs but I have started taking multiverses , flex seed oil Calcium and Vitamin D . I hope it helps
