I guess this is not directly related to diabetes, but it is a complication that I have received from diabetes.
Since I have had diabetes, I have always had trouble with my weight, even though I changed the habits in which I eat. I try to exercise, but over the years with diabetes, my joints swell and are painful, especially my knees, ankles, and hips. So, as you can imagine, it makes doing exercise and such difficult. I still do it and think maybe if I can lose more weight it may help.
However, I have lost a bit of sensation in my right side of my right foot, which is something more recent.
I am looking for someone to talk to who can relate and/or anyone that can offer any recommendations or experiences.
Thank you for reading.

I am sorry to hear that your struggling with painful and achy joints continues. I do not suffer from too much joint pain right now, but has your doctor ever looked into arthritis? are they attributing the pain all to your weight and diabetes? just curious...
I take joint supplements and fish oil, cant say they would work for your issues, but I am taking them for more proactive measure than anything. Hopefully someone else has more experience for you.
