Sugar free jellies are pretty good. They don't leave any after taste. I don't buy any diet cookies or cakes. There just isn't any variety out there. I'm still trying out recipes with alternate flours and sugars, but the difference in flavors takes some getting used to.

I enjoy the no sugar added popsicles by Organic Freezer Pops which are available in select markets here... they have no aspartame which is a good thing! I try to indulge in sweets that are either low sugar or sugar-free, but when sugar-free I look for it to be without fake sugars! The Organic Freezer Pops only have 9g of sugar so I can moderate that well.

No, I'm always looking for any information. Wondering HOW do I know for sure that I have diabetes? Reason I'm asking is that, it's been over a year that I was told that, Every time I get my blood test done, my A1C comes back Normal? The 2 times I was told I did, I hadn't fasted. For the blood test I did. My mother was told she had diabetes, turns out she didn't. I don't want to take medication I don't need to.

IF ANYONE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY TIRED, PLEASE EMAIL AND TELL ME WHAT YOU DO TO WATCH EXTREME LOSS OF ENERGY. I THINK AT TIMES, MY AGE IS CATCHING UP WITH ME. I AM 65 BUT, I DO NOT LOOK IT!!
MOST PEOPLE THINK I AM 50 OR SO!! WHY?? I HAVE NO IDEA. THE WOMEN IN MY FAMILY HAVE ALWAYS LOOKED GOOD FOR THEIR AGE. I DO MY BEST IN TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. I JUST FEEL IT IS NOT ENOUGH!!!

Many brands now offer sugar-free alternatives to their regular products.
What do you think of these products as a diabetic? Do you recommend a particular brand?
Do you often allow yourself to endulge in such sweets? Without sugar does not mean without carbohydrates, so are you still vigilant in your purchases in regard to the carbs?
Share your opinion on the diet you are following and the ideal diet!
Have a good day, everyone.
