I’ve been trying to get my blood sugar back to normal, but every time I get it back down I feel like I’m having a bad low does anyone have any tips on how to get back to normal ?

Hi vannessah, I would recommend keeping a journal or writing down when you experience spikes - the time of day and what you eat before the spike and if any activity you did to try and pin point what is triggering the spike.
Do you count your carbs? If you do, try testing approximately 2 hours after each meal and see what your level is... if you are consistently high try altering your I:C ratio for the meals you are high at.
