Hello Carenity members,

I saw this idea in another area and thought it would be great here for a conversation starter. On this post, everyone can come in after their morning cup of coffee or breakfast and report what their waking / fasting blood glucose level was and note whether this is normal, not normal, are they ok with that (why or why not), etc.

It can be the post here where everyone can connect and post to.

I've been having hypo at night recently so it might be nice to start this again. I'm about to go to work and woke up with a horrible headache from it. How are everyone's levels this morning?
