I was diagnosed about 4 years ago ... I am stage 3. I get a lot of water retention in my extremities.
I also use herbs to remedy any headaches or body aches, as NSAIDs can even worsen my kidneys.
Too relax, I enjoy watching the Office. Love that show!

i HAVE DIABETIC NEUROPATHY BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT STAGE 3 IS. CAN YOU GIVE US FOR INFORMATION?

I don't have nephropathy, but would like feedback from other Type 2's on their day-to-day situations and diets, etc.
