I want to start by saying thank you to all who have tried to help, you're all very kind but i just know help is out of reach anymore. Ive been trying to be positive but at every turn life just keeps getting worse, hours are cut at work behind on bills probably wont have electricity for a while as well as may not have a roof over my head so in short this will probably be my last post. I wish you all the very best

I had a lawyer I paid for my case all he said is ard .which I think is a justice make out plan they act like their are giving u a break .cause if u go to court  u have a 50/50 chance plus then they really have to find lies.the lawyer got madat me said i would  loose  i said isnt that up to the jury (i have a say in in picking).,he said they wouldn't believe my  witness.  He said i was stupid and wouldn't win.but i thought it is my right to a fair jury trail.i paid him he should do what i want it is my choice win or loose. I think lawyers get a little something  in there hand for ard peolpe.

@ImperfectPromise Do they have evidence? Research your options on your own, or ask for help from the VA.

@Booch67 be very careful about taking it to court. In addition to living in a society where you are guilty until proven innocent. We also live in a society where if you take it to court and loose you will get the maximum penalty allowed by law. They don't like people who take it to court. The ones that do are usually the innocent people. Don't they realize that the people who actually take it to court know what they are risking and are probably innocent of their crime if they dare risk those consequences? I could of pled out of my case with one year of treatment as a consequence, but I risked taking it to court because I had your same attitude. I know I am innocent, why should I plead out? Now I am serving a life sentence for something I didn't do. Be very careful.
