I hav had Cognitiv Behavioural Therapy and taken mood stabilizers for a pretty long period.I want to try Interpersonal Therapy as another option. My counsellor has recommendde it to me. I will begin next month I think. Is it as helpful as CBT? Will it help with my episodes?
