Hello there! In order to increase the effectiveness of taldafil treatment, it is recommended to eat right, so I recommend you this article to help you with this - https://valhallavitality.com/blog/understanding-tadalafil-interactions-with-food-what-you-need-to-know . It clearly describes the effect of certain foods on the body.

It's so important to recognize your triggers and learn how to handle them. I can easily tip from anxiety into mania.
I have 2 triggers that I have a hard time addressing:
Noise. I ow know what someone means when the say they feel they are jumping out of their skin. The problem is that noise is almost always sudden so, save taking anti-anxiety meds all the time, I can't prepare for it.
The other one is the state of the country. **I don't want to get political here, so Courtney (or any Admin) delete the post if it starts going in that direction. We're here to help each other not argue.**
I just can't get away from the state of the country and the world. It's always on my mind. Panic attack stuff often tittering on mania.
What are your triggers? How do you handle them? Do you have any advice on triggers to sharr?
