I'm fortunate that I'll be starting my therapy next week. I'm also fortunate that I can have the same therapist as I have before. She's insanely good at what she does, and I work very well with her.

2 months ago lost a patient and haven't replaced her yet.Lost my health insurance because of my loss of income.In June I was scolded strongly by a family friend about going to the Dr's and taking prescriptions. I have high blood pressure as well as other things that relate to bipolar. So I stopped going to the Dr's and taking my meds.I'm holding on but I think it's time for me to go back to the Dr's and get back on the meds. I'm trying to work out a program that I can see a local Dr on a reduced fee.Glad I have a place to vent without condemnation. Thank you.
