I notice it mostly in my shoulders and jaw; they just lock up whenever I'm stressed. Stretching and heat packs help a bit, but it's wild how much the body remembers what the mind tries to push away.

Hi everyone,
The mind-body connection is powerful, and for many people, emotional pain doesn’t just stay in the mind. It can show up in the body through fatigue, tension, inflammation, digestive issues, or flare-ups of chronic illness.
