just wondering for people with disorders that make it hard to interact IRL, is it easier to interact online? Anyone play video games??

Hi @br3490‍ I do not play any video games... But I do watch a lot of Youtube and engage with people on social media.

I struggle with interacting in big crows because of anxiety, but on days when my depression does not consume me, I am able to interact in normal situations with normal sized crowds, like with work meetings and such.

One thing that has helped me more with my anxiety though is green kratom. It helps with my mood and anxiety.

I play video games... it is a way for me to get out of my "own mind." I enjoy fortnite and assasin's creed. I do enjoy the enteractions with others because it is away for me to do so without having anyone know me.

What about anyone else?

I enjoy animal crossing on the switch because it allows me to be creative and interact with friends. I also play Pokemon on my phone and puzzle games. I also have been playing my golf games more because it just feels relaxing. No matter what I am playing, it helps me relax and get lost for awhile
