I've been having a hard time with my asthma lately and was wondering if a humidifier would help? Has anyone used one before?

Hi @knsasmyhme, thank you for opening this discussion. Let me tag some other members who can possible share with you!
Hi everyone, how are you today? 😊
Humidifiers add moisture to the air, which can benefit people with respiratory symptoms or even dry skin. On the flip side, humidity can also promote allergens and mold growth, which can also make asthma worse.
What do you think? Have you ever use a humidifier or a dehumidifier for your asthma? Has either one helped? If you haven't, is it something you think you'd be interested trying?
