I am going through a rough phase in life. My marriage might be over. I am so weak to accept it and scared of being alone. I don’t think my family will support this decision 😢

@Son123‍ Im sorry. Have you talked with your spouse about your feelings? How have they responded? Why do you feel that your family won’t support you? They may surprise you. When I got divorced I thought for sure my fam would take his side as he was a narcissist who had them all fooled...a wolf in sheep’s clothing if you will. But to my surprise, they had my back.

I feel like mii life is being thrown around like a game and I feel like everyone I ever said I loved or called a friend has turned their backs on me including family

@dailydoseof._.rikka I am in the same boat. I have no to talk to about what I'm going through. I have no family and my husband mother hates me. She tells everyone that I am crazy because of my anxiety and depression.

I’m struggling I’ve been I lost my friend a few month ago he took he’s own life he was u.s marine who was struggling with depression every time I laugh or smile I feel guilty

What is making you feel the way you feel? I am here for you if you need someone to talk to. I struggle with the same things you do and I have been trying a few different things to change everything. Finding people to talk to is one of the things I am doing all by with just setting simple daily goals for myself. Daily goals can be anything simple like taking a shower, making the bed, doing laundry, just getting out of bed, ect. Keep your head up and know that you are important!

@OnionLayers once you start good habits, then stack the good habits. Like don't consider making the bed finished until you shower and brush your teeth. Simple things stack up.
