Hi everyone 👋
Social media is such a normal part of everyday life now. We scroll, message people, watch videos, shop, or sometimes just open an app without even thinking about it.
But I was wondering - does the way you use social media change when your mood changes?
Maybe you find yourself posting more, staying online much longer than usual, buying things more impulsively, or messaging people more often. Or perhaps it’s the opposite, and you pull away from social media completely.
Have you ever noticed changes in your online habits when your mood starts to shift?
Do those changes ever give you an early clue that something is changing with your mood?

If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d be interested to hear what you’ve noticed and whether there are any limits or habits that help you manage your time online. 💙
Take Care,
