I've created this discussion to give us a space in our OA community to talk about anything and everything!
For example, what is your favorite little pleasure of the day? What are the signs of improvement of your osteoarthritis?
You are free to share on just about everything here! So please don't hesitate!
@Courtney_J I like this idea! Thank you! My wife and I really enjoy our slow little mornings together - that first cup of coffee over the morning paper and breakfast. Now that summer is coming we've been able to take our breakfast out on our patio, which is just so peaceful. I'm not sure if this is a sign of improvement, I'm not sure if this is a sign of improvement, but my wife has recently seen a bit of renewed flexibility and range of movement in her knee now that we've started doing yoga together. Take care everyone!
Hi, I haven't seen many improvements lately in my OA. But I do enjoy this nicer weather so I can get out into the and relax and work in the yard, I'm trying to start a garden but it's slow going with my OA. My wife and grandkids help me a lot.
@painman I love getting outside too. I'm always sad when back to school comes because it signals the end of of the warmer weather and the impending doom of winter! My OA is always so much worse in winter so I don't look forward to it.
@OAme11 It's the same for me. Sometimes I wish we lived someplace warm like Florida, but I've heard the humidity can be rough on the joints too. 😂
