Osteoarthritis is the most prevalent form of arthritis and it most commonly occurs in the spine, hands, hips, and knees; however, it can affect any joint in the body when the cartilage wears down.
Where does osteoarthritis affect you? Is it limited to one part of your body or is it several?

I have OA in the cervical spine and afraid I may need surgery in the long term and it is kind of scary.
knees, ankles, spine, shoulders. Horrible
My wife has it in her knees for now. She started having a bit of back pain before the virus hit, so we've been working on stretching and yoga for it in the hopes that it's just a temporary thing and not the OA spreading.
How are you today?
Have you seen this discussion? Which part of your body or joint is affected by your osteoarthritis? Are multiple areas of your body impacted?
