What do you wish more people knew about HIV?

Hello everyone! How are you feeling today?

Due to its horrifying and lethal arrival in the 1980s, HIV is one of the most stigmatised medical disorders in the world.  Often people with this illness feel extremely misunderstood and lonely. If you could say one thing to help others understand you better, what would you like to say?
