Hi @touchmenot
How are you doing today?
I think this is a common fribro symptom. Let me see how others have dealt with it.

Do you have the skin burning sensation? What did you do to fix it?
Any tips are helpful!
Take care,

@LizziB no burning sensation or rash unless I touch something that I’m allergic too such as lavender. I’m extremely sensitive to cold & heat though.

Yes! I feel that way too! It feels like you're bruised bad. My skin is also very dry and I'm allergic to so many ingredients. Even feeling a fan hurts my skin some days. I have learned to moisturize after my shower and slather on coconut oil after so keep it from drying out even more.

Hello, everyone. I'm new here - got my fibro diagnosis a couple of years ago but that doesn't cover these new problem. Lately my skin is hurting so bad and feeling all dry like it's on fire. Touching it is like poking needles, and my bed sheets feel like rough sandpaper. Sometimes, it hurts as if someone has punched me hard, even though there isn't a single bruise (and trust me, I bruise at the drop of a hat). Anybody knows if its related or how to deal with this? Thank you so much
