Yes. I have recently started this medication, but I have not noticed any difference yet. The doctor said it can take 6 - 8 weeks to really get in the system and notice the benefits. I am glad you have received benefits from it.

Hi everyone,
How are you today? Have you seen this older discussion?
What treatments have you tried for your fibromyalgia? What has worked for you? What hasn't? Have you tried any alternative therapies or treatments?

I am on cymbalta and Lyrica. Works great for me. I still get flares occasionally. But for the most part I’m doing well. Cymbalta took 6 1/2 weeks to kick in and start working. But it does work well for me.

So I bought a under desk elliptical. This helps with my leg pain. I also take 1 tablespoon of Tart Cherry Concentrate. Do not mix it with water, take straight out of bottle. Make sure is Montgomery Cherries.

Hi all,
I am new here and have tried various treatments, from medicines for depression and pain to accupuncture, but honestly nothing gives me long lasting relief.
Accupuncture feels so good in the moment and sometimes I feel better for the remainder of the day, but the next day I wake up and my elbows, shoulders and nerves are like crap again. I do not know what else to do.
I take fish oil, joint pain medicine, etc. but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any recommendations on what has worked for you?
